Terms & Conditions

 

By selecting “Accept & Pay”, registering for the workshop, or making the course payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the Terms & Conditions stated below.

 

1.⁠ ⁠Right of Admission Reserved

The school reserves the right to accept, reject, or discontinue the enrollment of any student at its sole discretion.

 

2.⁠ ⁠Student Eligibility and Enrollment Category

Students should choose the appropriate category for the admission. 

 

Students who reside outside India but are temporarily visiting India must enroll under the “Outside India” category. 

 

If any discrepancy or misrepresentation is discovered regarding a student’s enrollment status, the school reserves the right to discontinue the student’s participation in the course.

 

3.⁠ ⁠Fees, Refunds, and Transfers

All fees paid are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Access to Zoom Recordings

Zoom recordings of the classes will be provided to enrolled students. Students who miss a class may use the recordings to catch up on the material covered. Students who have paid the full course fee but are unable to attend some or all live classes will continue to have access to the Zoom recordings as specified by the school.

Sharing or publishing these videos are strictly prohibited.

 

5.⁠ ⁠Access to Audio Recordings

Audio recordings will be provided only upon successful completion of the course and after the full course fee has been paid.

 

6.⁠ ⁠Class Rescheduling and Course Duration

In the event that the teachers are unable to conduct classes during any scheduled week due to unforeseen circumstances, the workshop schedule may be extended accordingly. For example, if a workshop is scheduled from June 23 to August 23 and a week of classes is missed, the workshop may be extended by an additional week. Students are requested to plan their schedules accordingly.

 

7.⁠ ⁠Choreography and Course Material

No changes, modifications, or alterations may be made to the choreography without the prior consent of the teachers.

 

8.⁠ ⁠Use of Music and Compositions

The music and compositions taught during the course are provided solely for the student’s personal learning and performance purposes. Students may not teach these compositions to others, sell the music, distribute it, or use it for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.

 

9.⁠ ⁠Social Media and Copyright

The complete composition may not be uploaded to any social media platform. Only short excerpts or snippets may be shared. All music and compositions are protected by copyright and must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise misused.
